We offer a 14-day no questions asked return policy on all items, provided they are:
- In brand new condition
- In the original packaging (with no writing/stickers/other blemishes).
- packed with all of the original components (manuals, leads, PSUs, etc)
If it's not in that condition, we may provide a credit note, depnding upon the condition of the item. If a faulty product is supplied to you our RMA procedure is simple. Send an email to support@armour.tel entitled "RMA" containing the following information:
- Pickup address
- Delivery address
- Order number
- SKU code
and we'll process it promptly. The RMA schedule is dependent upon the item's manufacturer.
